Powerball Odds and Prizes
The Powerball lottery offers nine prizes in total and their amount depends on how many numbers you match. The lowest prize tier offers you $4 for matching the Powerball while the highest one is the jackpot which starts at $20 million and rolls over until it is won.
In case there are multiple tickets which match all six numbers, the jackpot will be shared equally between the ticket holders. All the other prizes have fixed amounts, therefore there is a guaranteed payout no matter how many winners there are.
Check out the Numbers page to see how many winners there were in the last 10 draws and the amounts they won.
