Cash 5 drawings take place six times a week, from Monday to Saturday at 10:12 PM CT.
You can enter Cash 5 by visiting a Texas Lottery retailer or by ordering tickets from a lottery courier. In order to enter, you have to select five numbers from 1 to 35. Check out the Cash 5 rules on the How to Play page.
Ticket sales close at 10:02 PM CT, before reopening again at 10:15 PM for the next drawing.
A Cash 5 ticket costs $1 per play.
Yes, you can play this game in advance. If you mark the "Multi-Draw" box, you can enter up to 12 consecutive drawings.
Cash 5 has a fixed jackpot of $25,000 which does not roll over or roll down if it's not won. There is a liability cap of $75,000, so the payout per winner will be reduced if there are more than three players who match all the numbers.
